Step 2 - Initial Meeting and Assessment
Step 2 - Initial Meeting and Assessment
A recreation specialist will come to your home for an initial meeting with the client and and representative (if applicable). The purpose of the first meeting is to discuss goals and objectives, as well as for the specialist to make an assessment and recommendation as to the type of recreational therapy as well as amount of monthly visits. In addition, the first meeting serves as a great way to see if the senior and recreation specialist get along!
The initial meeting is free of charge.
Step 3 - Custom Plan

Our recreation specialists will develop a custom plan using information from the initial assessment. Every senior is unique and has different needs, so a custom plan is the best way for them to get the most out of every session.
Step 4 - In-Home Recreation Therapy
Step 4 - In-Home Recreation Therapy
Following the custom plan, a facilitator or specialist will head over to the home of the senior and do their thing!
It is worth noting that "In-Home" can mean in a house, an apartment, condo, 55 Plus or personal care home.

Cost per session ranges between $65.00 - $80.00 dependant on the amount of sessions per month.

We send you a progress report once per month to update you on the well being of your loved one.
